Q: What is a sitting fee?
A: Your sitting fee pays for time spent with your photographer at your session. It may also include a class composite.
Q: What can I expect from my photo session?
A: Please ask questions and express what you want. Expect some of the poses to feel a little awkward, but trust your photographer to know what looks best in a finished portrait.
Q: When should I order my portraits?
A: Take your time in selecting favorite portraits with family and friends. Call 1-888-676-1467 if you have questions about ordering. Remember, after we receive your order, your finished portraits will arrive four to eight weeks later.
Q: How do I order my portraits?
A: Ordering information will be returned to you with your proofs soon after your photo session. You may order by phone, mail, online or in person.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: From the time Lifetouch receives your order, expect four to eight weeks for delivery of your proofs.
Q: What are my portrait payment options?
A: Visa, Mastercard, money order, or cheque. Please do not send cash through the mail.
Q: May I order my digital image files?
A: No, we're sorry but if you wish to order more portraits, Lifetouch will retain your portraits image files for one year after your graduation.
Q: May I have a retake if I don't care for my proofs?
A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. At the time of your retake session, please tell us what you did and/or did not like about the first set of proofs so we can do better.
Q: What does retouching include?
A: Your finished portrait includes removal of skin blemishes, minor glass glare and the softening of fine lines and wrinkles. For an additional fee, moles are removed when requested. Proofs will not be retouched.

Q: Will my proofs be returned with my order?
A: Yes, proofs will be returned. You need only return the proofs(s) from which you are ordering from and those will be returned with your portrait order.
Q: Should I return all of my proofs with my order?
A: No. Proofs are sold as is. However, the proofs you order from will be retouched and returned to you with your portrait order.
